Comments: Hopefully I filled this form out correctly, it seems like a pretty cut and dried case to me, so hopefully the video that I have provided will be enough. In case it doesn't show up well enough in the video the individual's name is Dr. Fred and his User is Slippery_Slug or I can try to upload it with reduced compression, though I think it is pretty visible.
