    Well,here are a couple of programs that i used when i had old PC and it helped in some games a bit and in some a lot...

    First thing what you need is a clean PC...You would not believe how much trash is hiding on your "gaming rig"
    Whit this program you can clean your cookies and reg files(make a backup when it asks you to make it!) Messing whit reg files is bit riski and can harm your PC!(i was/am using it over 2 years whitout a single problem!)

    Second thing are your drivers.You have a lot of them,kinda.Whit this program you can check for out-dated drivers and download 2 every day(free version)or you can see what drivers are old and can try to search and instal manualy!(messing whit drivers is also riski wiski,program does it quite well,had one problem whit GPU driver,but was solved in couple of minutes!)

    Third thing,uninstal all programs that you "could use one day",but you wont,they just take your space on HD.
    Run CC cleaner again,clean reg files.

    Fourth thing is files on your HD.Defrag your disk/s partition/s.
    You can use PC build in program,it will do the work...

    Last thing is closing all programs that run in the background and you dont need them so you could free up some RAM memory.
    Run Game Booster and defrag game folder and turn Gaming mode ON!

    All programs are free and they have full or limited capabilities...
    Use them in order as described above!
    This is just a small thing.If you want to run games on 200 fps,buy a new rig...
    There WILL be improvment in gaming but it depends from game to game...
