KAG Solo mode problems

Hi, I have a problem when I try to play any way in Solo.
the problem is that for example I give tutorial or save the princes, loading and leaves a green letters connect and then the error:
"Please check the address again and make sure the server is running."

load the game and in offline mode to shoot me this error, I run from steam with payment account. I tried reinstalling and continues
the problem only in solo modes, in multiplayer all its ok

Buenas, tengo un problema, cuando intento jugar a cualquier modo, dentro de Solo.
el problema es que por ejemplo le doy a tutorial o save the princes, carga y sale unas letras verdes connect y luego el error:
"Please check the address again and make sure the server is running."

aunque cargue el juego y le de a modo offline me tira este error, lo ejecuto desde steam con cuenta de pago. he probado reinstalar y prosigue.
El problema es solo en solo (tutotiales y campañas) en multiplayer todo ok
