some Png map colors are giving me problems

    hey I'm having a problem with some map making.
    for some reason some colors don't make the corresponding blocks appear.
    like doors, latters, and i'm sure other things.
    I haven't edited the basepngloader.as and I've saved it as 24bit and made sure they all had alpha of 255.
    I've also used several different color palettes.

    If someone could help me fix this problem I would appreciate it.
