Spikes don't disappear after being collapsed upon by stone block

    Description: When stone drops, it occasionally survives the drop and appears on the block below. If it is collapsed on a spike and the block survives, the spikes appear inside the stone (like they are a layer in front of the stone block) and they go off if you step on the block, but they don't hurt anything.
    Steps to reproduce: Simply collapse stone on a bed of spikes and if the stone reappears on the ground, the spike will still be there.

    Kazaco: Fixed in the current build, spike is now destroyed by falling blocks. Cheers, locked!
