KAG Steam Key help

    I used a premium activation key that was given to me by someone else to get the game and was wondering if Steam Keys are still distributed to those who get the game in that manner.

    I get a notice saying the steam key is "Unavailable for this account". Does it have to do with that or is it just an issue with Steam Keys in general?
