    You installed mods now you can't uninstall them? is it?
    if you use steam try right clicking on the game > Properties

    Then click Local Files
    [​IMG]

    Then click Verify Files Integrity

    i think thats what you mean by 'problems', if its not it, try to explain better and ill help
