Supplied username not found Oo

Hey i came back from some dudes, after like beeing offline 5 houres.

Tryd to login with my normal account : Wargod Loki and i get this error -



can i get help? i didnt do anything which could lead to a ban, aswell only that account doesnt work, i've got an undercover one which works still flawlessy.

side note : durring the abuse of that glitch we had which made others able to fake a player ingame did i change my password, may there was something gone wrong?

 

Oh whoops.
Earlier today there were three Wargod Loki's. I thought they were all duplicates because a normal Loki account still exists.

well the original one is Wargod Loki the other one did i failed on some misplaced (") guess it was "Wargod Loki" account, the 3rd i dont know any about ^^

can u reactivate the Wargod Loki one ^^?

EDIT : oh and the Loki one is mine aswell to prevent my name beeing faked^^

EDIT 2 : oh lol now a usually legit player Quimbo votekicked me with a fake reason from the 255 slot server -.- guess it was an accident cauze the Wargod was missing infront of Loki :P i rly need that account back lol they think i was fake >.<

 

It wasn't me Loki, was probably an impostor. Didn't play today

 

ffs, sorry in all cases then, we cant trust anyone actually untill that issue with the names are fixed :x

I may just make a new account for the time being until this is all resolved. If the impostor fakes my new account as well, we know the bug is still not fixed ;)

Got rid of your fake, Quimbo, Loki, I renamed the Loki account to Wargod Loki.

My problem is still here, i cant login with Wargod Loki account, i've contacted Furai and he sayd its propably a cache problem which has to be fixed by Poe, i bump for support as it is now 1 day later =x

on the above screen you see my error message.

EDIT : After changing password i get still the same issue, im sure it's all right spelled i tryd it several times.
