Windows Synchronization issue

Description: After sometime playing in KAG, I got some synchronization issue. Symptoms:

1. Last kills message at the right top of window is just stuck. It doesn't display new kills
2. At building time I can freely move in the red zone. It just don't block me somehow....
3. At building time this red zone exists. And after match starts, it disappears. But as archer I can't use grappling hook after red zone even after building time. I attached video. So, if i use hook before invisible red zone, then it's fine. but if I use it after that red zone line, then it just don't work.
4. I can't switch to spectrator

All other stuff works fine.

After client restart it works fine again, and there is no such strange behavior.

Log says such stuff, but not sure that it's usefull:

Perhaps you should run forceupdate.bat (can be found in the KAG directory).

if it only happened 1 time, then it's not a big problem
