    2 ghz single core, a simple graphic card ( not gma shit, it's just way too slow ), intel integrated cards in i3/i5/i7 could be enough, 2GB ram is really enough I'd say

    Those are not 'official' exact ones but I'd say this is the minimum to have 25 fps
