That archer is a spy!

No, I am serious. With the newest updates, you can do spy-like things with the archer. For example:

- Backstab
Not actual backstab, but backshot. The knight holds his shield up. You can barely scratch him from front. But what if you jump over him and shoot a full-charged shot in his back? Well, he will be most likely dead.
- Dead Ringer
I noticed most people totally ignore the scream when you die. I just jumped near a corpse, pressed the S, and made sure the corpse hid my head. And what happened? That stupid knight went past me and started fighting with a knight from our team. And I just stood up and shot him in the back.
You can also do this without falling, but make sure there's no enemy around, or you're fucked. Just rest with that corpse and wait. And when somebody passes past you, shoot him in the back.
- Improvised Disguise Kit
This rarely works, only when plates over your teammates are disabled. If you somehow manage to go behind an enemy, face towards your team, and hide in the grass. This will make you look like as if you were an enemy, waiting for your team to approach then shoot them. Of course, you're actually with your team, and waiting for them to attack the enemy, and when the enemy starts to flee, you shoot them in the back.

 

The second one is the only one that actually happens, and is possible.

 

And if you get behind your enemies through that, you can do a "backstab" ;D
So, the first one is possible too.

 

Oh yeah, first one is plausible. It's still unlikely though (charge time gives away your position, knight turns and attacks/shields).

 

Believe me, they do not. Especially if you time it right. Sometimes I flat out jump over them and put arrows in their backs too. Works extremely well with another archer still shooting from up front. I do all of this on regular basis.

 

Don't tell em! D: Using the second one quite often and works very nice.
