The Insufferable Noise Machine

I've been working on an adventure-game engine using web languages. We released our first screenshot the other day. The story is a satirical look at the music industry, the arts scene and so on. So far, we have a framework for interaction with non-player characters and locations.

 

As a long-time adventure affectionado, count me interested! :D

 

Discerning what I can from my writer, the game takes place within the 'vektor imperium', a megalomaniacal nation within a dyson sphere, a land mass which entirely encapsulates a star. Naghorvik, our villain, is essentially imprisoned within the 'bar at the end of the universe' (to explain the concept loosely), where he is cursed to feed addictive substances to his patrons until the conditions can be met for his release. Our protagonist has been captured and sent to this particular hell for the amusement of the vektor elite. Hilarity ensues.

Do we get to blow up a dyson sphere?

 

Yes and no. Naghorvik, whose origins are from outside of known space (read: He's From Earth), has god-like powers within the vektor imperium. His character is flawed, and manipulable.

We are in the process of roleplaying scenarios. While we have discerned that his powers do extend so far, I am as yet uncertain what may provoke or necessitate such an occurrence.
