    You may know me from the thread about how building has become so lazy in Classic, unfortunately, there isn't really any solution to this, because of the mentalities of the people that play Beta.

    The first thing I noticed when I got Beta is the lack of the gold block. The gold block in Classic was like a smack to the face of the enemy team, "look how many resources I have and you don't."

    A couple of things:
    1. Wrong section. If you want to suggest things, use the proper subforum.
    2. Has been suggested before. I highly doubt you ever visited Suggestions & Ideas, so I'm not surprised you're thinking no one else might have posted about this before.
    3. Locked. If you want to talk about this use the appropriate thread in S&I.
