Tip of Green "Change Class" Arrow Causes Class Selection and Storage Menu Overlay

    Description: Clicking the tip of the green "Change Class" arrow inside your team's hall will open both the storage menu, and class change menu. This allows you to withdraw items from storage, but not change your class (despite both menus being open). This can be especially annoying when trying to prevent your hall from being captured, and you're stuck in the storage menu after a quick class-change attempt. Also, this bug occurs regardless of which team owns the Hall.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Hold "E" inside a Hall
    2. Click the very tip of the green "Change Class" arrow
