UKC 7: US 1v1 Knight Tournament - Saturday, December 18 at 8pm EST / 7pm CST / 5pm PST
UKC 8: EU 1v1 Knight Tournament - Saturday, December 18 at 5pm WET / 6pm CET / 7pm EET

Rules

• First to 15 kill
• Finals are first to 21
• 1 bomb on spawn
• Timer is 90 seconds
• No points if time runs out
• All 10 maps by @Ferrezinhre

Times are subject to change if a majority of players aren’t available for them

Format is single elimination, players who lost in the Semis will compete for Bronze. Both tournaments are only open to players in the specified regions. The US tournament is open to NA, SA, and a limited number of OCE players (Basically just RogueCupcake).

I'm aiming for both tournaments to last around 2 hours, but worst case scenario last couple of matches may have to be scheduled on Sunday or following days. The top 8 players from both tournaments will automatically be invited to UKC 9, a mixed-region tournament. More details later.

US Server - Dallas, TX
EU Server - Dusseldorf, Germany

Win-by-two Rule - Only Semis and Finals will use the "win-by-two rule." If the score is 21-20, the game is not over until one player beats their opponent by two points.

Seeds and Sides - Players are randomly seeded. In a match, the player with the higher seed number will be red, lower seed will be blue.

Match Schedule - Matches are played in order of the bracket. Brackets will be released at least 24 hours before the tournament starts.

Disqualification - There are no guaranteed disqualifications, but arriving late for matches or other unavailability risks disqualification. Players will never be disqualified without being notified and warned. In general, if you do not respond in 15 minutes, or are 30 minutes late to a match, there's a high chance you will be disqualified.

Prizes - 16+ players need to participate for medals to be awarded, 24+ for custom heads.

 

The US tournament is open to NA, SA, and a limited number of OCE players (Basically just RogueCupcake).
