Unauthorised error?!

    I got an error while running server:

    I masked IPv6 and IPv4 on this image.
    Settings on my default_config:
    sv_ip '0'
    sv_ipv6 '0'
    ports are defaults (50301 ...)
    everything is not changed (name of server and desc only)
    API call is not the one problem.
    When i host, i can't see my server on the list.
    I forwarded 50301, firewall checked.
    What i forgot?
