Unbanning a player

    Earlier one of my fellow clan mates thought it would be a cute joke to kick one of the my admins, after doing so he was banned from the server somehow and I have tried all of the commands to unban him and none have worked :/

    Is there a more detailed set of instructions for these commands?

    Any help will be graciously appreciated. :)
