Forum Updated navigation bar and xenfracture style

    Hey,

    So today I took some time to update in all styles the navigation bar links. Now wiki and Dev Blog point to correct location.

    Also I've modified xenfracture style a bit - so if you use it you'll see that now the navbar in the top right work just fine. (It doesn't move it few pixels to the bottom any more.) Also you'll notice that the forum title doesn't have that inconsistent background any more.

    (All of this is done because I'm slowly trying to get my head around upgrading forum...we have many custom scripts on our server which needs to be ported to new installation - and this takes time.)
