Voting Abuse

    This was what I'm afraid of and people are starting to abuse it, everybody keeps to push f12 not looking for a reason is the problem.
    For second time I was kicked today for no reason while playing, there is a guy called SGB, he just calls vote on people to get them kicked with false accusations, this is really annoying and I hope you can sort this out somehow, I am now kicked from Euro official server and banned for 24 hours from the game servers. I'm downloading TF2 with fury now :P.

    I need to make voting be possible only after 15 minutes into the game or so. Because he is joining, voting and leaving immediately.
    Also, if vote caster leaves during own vote, he should be banned.
