    You're in for a treat if you're running a low-spec machine.
Voxatron's voxel engine is essentially CPU-based, so I can run it (windowed, ok..) on a 2006 mac mini with integrated crapcard!
    Cpu-usage @ ~60% and 60fps, in a screen filled with emenies :D

Praise is due to lexaloffle's coding skills I suppose.

Lexaloffle's pretty leet, but even aside from that, there isn't actually much information that needs processing. Due to the incredibly simple lighting, low number of vertices and and neatly limited field of view, it runs AMAZINGLY!

The game's fun, but the controls suck imo.

Nah, good controls in my opinion, simplified directional shooting to force the player to find a balance between aggressive and defensive maneuvering.

I use mouse, It takes some getting used to, but its worth the shooting backwards/any direction from moving any direction.

Microtouches on the keyboard make it so much more engaging. :p

Great game, enjoyed a few hours of it yesterday.
The keyboard controls take some... getting used to though.

Oh, I didn't notice that you can shoot with the mouse. Well, I already got to the last boss in adventure mode with keyboard controls. :D

I agree. The added mouse support at least makes it playable on my laptop, but aiming is still wonky.

Abuse-style aiming would be madhax voxeltron.
