Windows WARNING: API call failed: serverPort or serverAddress not present for putStatus()

Every time I open my server(regular or classic,) a message comes up in the server console that says WARNING: API call failed: serverPort or serverAddress not present for putStatus(). I don't know what to do about it and I have tired many things. If anyone has any information on this problem please give a detailed explanation on how to resolve this.

There should be a message after it, what is it?

 

It just repeats itself, nothing comes after it. I'm trying to use the snipers versus mages mod in this spoiler but I have tried other mods to prove that the mod is not the problem(I took out the parts in the log that seemed to have worked and kept the errors. I pasted the parts that seemed to go wrong). Now that I took a look at the entire thing, there may be other problems :(

I'm stupid with routers so is this fixable or would this require buying a better router? If it turns out buying a new router is best then I will not be able to do that.
