    You cannot spawn a Zombie-Chicken on an un-modded server, as it's not really in the game yet.

    Where did this particular server advertise that a zombie chicken was in it?

    Hell, most servers modded in the zombie arms as well, just because something is advertised as a coming attraction or in development doesn't mean it's automatically in the game.
