Creating threads in 'Help' New to the forums?

When I start Alpha launcher, it crashes

    When I try to start my Alpha launcher, it crashes :c
    It doesn't say anything except for some random letters with '':D'' faces.

    Hm, I'm no professional, but I'll do my best.
    Could you post the full error message? I'd guess it's a directory issue based on ":D".
    Try putting the alpha version in a folder separate from the beta version.

    Ok, I tried to reinstall it,delete Beta and alpha a download it again...
    but now I can't find the launcher for them :(
    Know where it could be?
    (Such a noob with finding stuff)

    Do you have a folder where downloaded files get dumped?
    Assuming you're using windows here by the way.

    And Yes, I do have windows.
    But,should I like delete it? and reinstall it ??
