    Which browser do you use?
What do you like in your browser?
Do you use a browser not listed in the poll?

  2. Mozilla Firefox for most activity and Google Chrome for porn and all that other cool stuff questionable activities because I love that incognito function and Firefox's sucks the D.

I have no legitimate reason for using two browsers, it's just a habit I got into a couple years ago for some odd reason.

Doesn't matter. It's a poll about which browser the community uses.
Anyway, a lot of articles says that x browser is better, others says y browser is better, they just use different processes.
Counting every article I've read about browsers,Chrome won mostly. But as I said,it doesn't matter, use the one you prefer.

Firefox vs Chrome is a pretty close race IMO. However, the fact that I buy into the whole 'use google for everything' thing tips the scales for me. I like having everything synced to my google account.

  12. hahaha, guys using chrome for incognito mode. clap, clap, clap. too bad google pisses on your privacy and tracks every site you visit.

    http://donttrack.us/

a random dude from the internet sure is a big authority... for you. that idiot run the fishbowl test with hardware acceleration turned off. im getting 60FPS with 2600 fish on opera 12.

besides all that performance tests are useless, only thing that matters are what features browser has. i will never use chrome, because of it's spyware components. firefox is ok, but it needs a ton of plugins to be usable, and its history navigation is truly retarded. when i press "back" i expect to see the same site i left, instead firefox decides to reload it or worse throw an error saying the site has expired and you need to click "ok" (so annoying). that's why i use opera, it navigates back and forth instantly, even saves whatever you typed into site's text fields, so you dont lose it if you were, say, writing a wall-of-text post and navigated away by accident. other features i can't live without are
    • mouse gestures,
    • search engines short-cuts (you just type "w derp" into the address bar to search for "derp" using wikipedia instead of having to write "en.wikipedia.org", clicking the search box and then typing "derp")
    • opera dragonfly (a debugger, way better than others)
    • built-in mail and irc client and notes
    • ad block and popup block
and many others, i could live without, but are sweet anyway.

I could talk on, and on about how some of those are similar/better in Chrome but no need to start somethang you stick with Firefox and I stick with Google Chrome.

I use nothing but google chrome, the first thing I did when I got my Iphone was install chrome, but if chrome didn't let you sync everything you own then I would use firefox,

FUN FACT: if you use firefox go type about:mozilla in the address bar, the text changes with every update 0_0

That's only in Firefox based browsers.

Here's a fun easter egg in browsers. If you type in about:mozilla (in most browsers, not chrome), you'll get a passage from the Book of Mozilla. The book of Mozilla tells the story of Netscape and the birth of Firefox. In earlier version of Internet Explorer, if you type in about:mozilla, you would get the blue screen of death (not the real BBoD, just a blue page). You can still see this page by going to res://mshtml.dll/about.moz
