Windowed Mode Appropriate HUD

    So... when you switch KAG to windowed mode, the HUD gets buried off the screen. Yes, it can be fixed by simply lowering the resolution, but then you lose "screen".
    So instead, please add:

    (tl;dr) A slider in the options that makes the HUD go up and down.
