If you mean how do you change it to whatever you like, then you have to donate to the forums. If you just mean how do you make it change to higher levels, you need to get more posts + likes and do things like buy the game.
err...snow, other people besides Shad exist....you could ask someone else like an admin/mod, or just a person that has been here for a while. (ex.me)
