Ej is a full guard. Unnamed is just a forum guard. He gets nothing special in game. Otherwise his name would be displayed in green which it is not.

I thought forum guards get powers automatically in game...also thought they get access to guard section...

But na, Ej is a KAG guard and a forum mod. Unnamed is only a forum mod, he's still just a normal player ingame.

I can imagine he doesn't have access to the guard forums either, but I'm not entirely sure about that.
