Sorry, but editor was on only for that moment because it was an event. Maybe during the next event you can have it. You are awarded editor based on how high your ranking is. If you somehow pass leoprime's rank you will have editor on the next event.
Go to the the group's forum and look for quests, then you could do one of them. Also you could enroll in the school to rank up faster than other people for every course you complete. You don't have to do a quest to rank up though, you could always do what your job does, look at the jobs thread if you don't know what it does.
