Which settings you use when you save your video?

I usethe highest wmv codec with all the bitrates and stuff as high as theyll go. on the hammer video i also used a sharpening filter. it also matters what quality you record in.

but honestly videopad is garbage do download serif and put a clock stopper thing on it

yeah movie plus is 10x better than videopad. compare my "hd" video with my most recent ones. the quality difference is flaring. serif also is a better program in general
