    i just put them in the sprites folder and then launched kag but nothing pops up

    Um, that has never happened before, try reinstalling KAG and see if it still doesn't launch.

    i reinstalled kag and i didnt do anything to it and now it says engine stopped working.

    Um, try removing the sprites, and then run KAG. If it opens fine, try installing the sprites again. To install them move the .png files under this directory: KAG/Base/Sprites
