Look for social forum tool on the first page. Then press "edit social forum", you can change the title there.

Well you can send an invite by pressing "Social Forum Members" and you'll see a box for inviting people on the right side.

i dont see it

Well since you are the only one in the group, look for "Social forum moderators" on the right side. It'll also have a 1 next to it. Then you should see it. It's just a small text box labeled as "Invite Member"

what do trophy points do?

They simply increase your title rank. If you go to here: https://forum.kag2d.com/threads/using-the-forums.6925/ click the spoiler that says "About Titles"
