    You could do multiplayer by each having your own crew member to control, and having control over the area in that section. For example, I have control over an engi, and I put him(or would should I say it? Not sure :/) in the weapons room. I can now control the weapons, and anything else my crew members are in, while you control whatever your crew members are in, such as the crew teleporter.
