    Turns out Ej gave ewox a 'point' for each spammed message, I'm not sure if this is fair as a point should only be given for an incidence of spamming. A warning at least could have been given.

    that'd be less then what he's supposed to.
    Standard is to give 1 warning per message, with points doubling with each warning. The first message is always a warning worth 0 points.

    in his case yes. He managed to be the first person to get over 35 points which is a permaban.
