MM decided to make the game, then found Geti by advertising on some forums or something like that for a pixel artist.
MM had worked with FliesLikeABrick for years and so he just naturally joined the KAG team after a while.
I was originally just a fan of the game but ended up getting increasingly involved with it until I was part of the team.
