    Well I went on Kscript wiki and it said that Kscript wont work on windows

    Oh, yeah, the Remote RCON requires the server to be hosted on a Linux system. However, your question was "can I run KScript on Windows" and the answer is yes, you can simply launch the file kscript.bat. Don't forget to set the IP, port and rcon password of the server in kscript_config.cfg first
