well, swordMaster Lon'qu has higher stat caps and just slighlty better growths than trueblade Mia. Although Mia's Astra skill is significantly better than Lon'qu's since each hit of hers does full damage for each strike, unlike Lon'qu's whose does halve of for each strike.
basically, or whoever activates Astra first, although if they both Activate it at the same time, Mia's more likely to win, since she might be able to survive 1 full Astra attack.
