    lel, I should really post some documentation :3
    Name finalised refers to something that I've literally never explained publicly, which now seems really dumb - basically, after you set it you can't change the name URL field, which is used to build the URLs for mods.

    So the idea is that you don't tick it till your mod is mature enough that you don't think the name will change very much (the 'Name' field can still change though). Ideally people will tick it fairly soon after registering, 'cos I don't like links getting broken, but at the same time it doesn't force you to think of the perfect name (or at least the perfect url-friendly version of the name) right away.
