2. I simply wanted to know why you thought that it'd be a good idea to apply again AFTER you've been rejected.

1. How am I impatient? I waited 4 days wondering if you did. Me not seeing the IRC was my fault but it doesn't make me impatient
2. You realize the Kouji says if your rejected make yourself more known and you can try again.
