I am sorry to say that mate but neither me or you cannot do anything to stop him using your clan-tag except from asking him to do so. Well there is one thing only - you can keep asking admin on every server to force him to remove your clan-tag. Since every admin can actually do almost what he wants, he can deal with that too.
