Unnamed player has been promoted to forum administrator to keep the numbers up, Rayne has taken over Kouji's extra roles (which are rarely used but necessary to have someone with them).
I guess you can look at it that way if you like, noone's really "replacing" anyone though, we just needed to make sure someone from the community had the power base covered.
