Mazey appears to have left, but I can direct to myself or Nighthawk if you tell one of us what you're into. I have many series going at the moment, but among those are Mushishi, Sakurasou no Kanjo no Pet, Soul Eater, Shakugan no Shana, and probably some other stuff.
If you don't have a problem with mecha then there's also Code Geass, assuming you haven't seen it. If you want something good but a bit more obscure, I can recommend Gosick. Log Horizon is one that's gotten a lot of popularity, and, of course, if you truly do not value your time, you can always pick up any shounen out there.
