    It depends on the genre. Harem, Romantic Comedy, Ecchi yes. Others it's about a toss up.

    Well I've actually seen all but 5 of those anime so I could eliminate all of those that I've seen since I don't remember that scene. Out of the remaining 5, there are only 2 that are visually similar enough: "The Law of Ueki" and "He is My Master"

    Based on what I've seen, it's probably from "He is My Master" since that looks just like the guy to me, and it looks like the girl is wearing something other than a maid outfit. Also, the girl has the exact same Ahoge (the hair sticking out of her head) so I'm very sure it's that.

    No I don't. I actually don't own any dvds/mangas (too poor) so I just watch them online. Also, while I haven't seen it (although I probably will later) I'm going to guess that he got those maids somehow by chance and the green haired girl is tsundere/violent. He probably did something perverted by "accident" and is getting beat by her for it.
