    it is not a bug, it just means your computer is not powerful enough to run the server at full speed or that other programs are using too much your CPU/RAM/whatever

    You have two solutions : Close other software that potentially use your resources (which is not obviously the case, so it can be pointless) or upgrade your hardware, however you can't because you're on a laptop.

    Its weird. I can run CS:GO normally on 60 FPS. Also, KAG ran about 2 months ago.
