I mean in terms of power, because i've seen official server admins who apply for US have admin in EU and AUS servers, so a bit confused on what a global moderator entitles.

The reason server admins apply with specific regions is because that's the region they will most likely be playing in. They are still admin on the other region's servers. They do this so that they have about the same number of admins for all regions.

Moderators / administrators are the ones who modoratebthe forums. An official server admin doesn't mean they are modorator.

Forum modorator means the only moderate a part of the forums.
Global modorator means they modorate all of the forums,
Administrators are a step up
