You can make a fresh clean of your Base folder by clicking on forceupdate.bat (it will download the latest update, removing all the modified files); if you're toying with sprites and stuff, I suggest you make a copy of the base folder and do your modifications there, whenever you want to use one or another just change the names, the game wil read tthe one called Base: http://imgur.com/pdgI6GG
