@Danky you can't do anything to force him to stop hosting it, but you probably can ask him nicely. If he still gives 0 fucks, i can permaban him from all my servers if you want.
There are a few ways to prevent people from doing it, if you dont awnt people to steal parts of your mods, do what aphelion did - rename every file to random shit and put it all in 1 folder, but it takes a lot of time. Not sure if aphelion used some nice program, ask him.
I dont know anything about modding but you can also try force-admining you in the mod (you can /rcon /quit the server then) or something that breaks the mod if XXX isn't true (ip? no idea). If the person that stole your mod doesnt know modding, he will probably not be able to fix it
