The center of the uppermost segment of the turtle's shell, or maybe right at the front of the shell where the neck is. Put it smack dab in the middle of the shell, in the eye, or on the hill at the back if you want to be universally hated.
probably a dumb idea but...underwater below the turtles? more use for sponges and i could see some new water building meta coming out because of this. also more incentive to go for underwater gold.
upper the eye, so u have to build the defences pretty forwarded + have to protect all the turtle from the underwater backstabbers, thus giving new usage of warboats as a spawnpoint to siege the FLAG
thus tactic warboat + ballista will win the game, imo better then just camping mid w/ ballistas
