Bomb Jumping CTF 0.97

a bomb jumping gamemode

    added script for coins (makes the player get coins for how far he bomb jumps)

    changed bomb prices
    changed glowwall sprites to mazey's torches (mazey contact me if you want me to remove them)
    renamed jumpblocks to bumper piston
