Capture The Princess (CTF Modded/Expanded) v0.974

1.Small balance patch (0.92 not 91), what it does is that it sets the maximum buildable factories of:
a). Wood Factory - max 4
b). Stone Factory - max 2
c). Gold Factory - max 1

2.I also changed the machine gun's inventory from 1 slot to 2 slots because it was dropping its ammo.
3. Changed the kaggen a bit so at the flatmap you dont hit bedrock when you dig 5 tiles down, now you should be able to dig at least 50.

This is done in order to eliminate stale mate matches. Let's test this and see if the limit is okay.
Changed files are economy.as and machinegun.cfg.
