Capture The Princess (CTF Modded/Expanded) v0.974

1. Sped up the generation of seeds in the tree nursery because it was too much waiting 50 sec for one seed.
2. Nursery should hold around 5 seeds instead of 2.
3.Nursery should not autograb nearby seeds around it, because when you cut a tree that was planted near the nursery, the nursery would auto grab it and you have to take it back from the nursery.
4. Lowered the cost of the nursery from 400 to 300 wood.
5. Moved the wood/log factory in the economic tab.
6. Moved the kitchen Mcdonalds in the civic tab.
7.Changed the description of different factories a bit so it makes more sense.

Now the mod should be stable, maybe I should make it v1.0, well if there are other balancing updates i will quickly skip to v1.0.
